    Learn the two things every dispatch and e-commerce job needs: plain working English and basic computer skills. Free, taught live and one-on-one, with no catch.

    The English side covers what you actually use on the job — speaking to brokers on the phone, writing clear emails, reading rate confirmations and paperwork. The computer side covers email, files and folders, spreadsheets, using a browser, and joining video calls.

    This is the starting point before our paid programs. Finish it and you are ready for dispatcher, freight broker or e-commerce training without getting stuck on the basics.
