The paperwork that runs a dispatch business.
Contracts, broker setup packets and invoices taken from the documents we teach on real loads at our Tracy and Fresno campuses. Editable, brandable, and yours to reuse with every carrier you sign.
Dispatchers lose money on paper, not on loads.
Every one of these is a conversation we have had with a student who came to us after it happened.
- No signed agreement
The carrier decides what your fee was after the load delivers, and you have nothing that says otherwise.
- A setup packet cobbled together
The broker asks for one more document, then another. By the time you send it the load is gone.
- A rate con on the broker’s terms only
Detention, layover and TONU quietly become your problem instead of theirs.
- An invoice factoring rejects
You wait weeks on money you already earned, over a missing reference number or a cover sheet.
Buy the pack you need, or all three.
Prices are pulled live from our store, so what you see here is what you pay today.

Three people buy these.
- The new dispatcher
You have finished training or you are close, and you need real paperwork before you sign your first carrier. Start with the Service Agreement.
- The dispatch service owner
You are running loads already, off documents you patched together. The Bundle replaces all of it in an afternoon.
- The owner-operator dispatching himself
You do not need a carrier contract, you need to get set up with brokers and get paid on time. The Setup Packet and Rate Con pack are yours.
Bought at lunch, in use by the afternoon.
- Buy the pack
Checkout takes a minute. No account, no subscription, no upsell sequence.
- Files arrive by email
Sent to the address on your order, normally the same business day. Word (.docx) plus print-ready PDF.
- Make them yours
Drop in your business name, your fee and your terms, then reuse the same set on every carrier and broker after that.
Why not just use a free template?
- Written for dispatch, not general business
Dispatch fee structures, factoring assignment and broker setup are simply not in a generic service agreement.
- Used on real loads
These are the documents we teach with at the Tracy and Fresno campuses, not a form pulled off the third page of a search result.
- Editable, not locked
You get the Word file. Change the fee, the terms, the branding — it is your paperwork from that point on.
- One purchase, unlimited carriers
Use the same set with every carrier you sign. No per-signature fee, no seat count, no renewal.
- Written in one voice
Free templates come from five different sources and contradict each other. These reference the same terms end to end.
- Backed by people you can call
If something is missing from what you bought, ring (209) 655-0001 and a person picks up.
A training company, not a template farm.
Awahe Academy has been teaching truck dispatching one on one since 2017, online and in person at two California campuses. These documents are the paperwork side of that training, sold on their own for people who want the forms without the course.
- Teaching dispatchers since 2017
- Campuses in Tracy and Fresno, California
- Live one-on-one training, online or in person
- English, Punjabi and Hindi
- Reachable on (209) 655-0001
Before you buy.
- What format are the files in?
- Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and a print-ready PDF of each document. The Word files open in Google Docs and Pages as well.
- How fast do I get them?
- We email the files to the address on your order, normally the same business day. If you have not seen them within one business day, call (209) 655-0001 and we will resend.
- Can I use these with more than one carrier?
- Yes. One purchase covers your own dispatch business and every carrier you sign. You may not resell the documents or pass them on as your own product.
- Are these valid in my state?
- They are general business templates written for US interstate trucking. Contract law is state specific, so have a licensed attorney in your state review anything you intend to sign.
- Do I need these if I am taking a course?
- No. Our dispatch courses cover this paperwork as part of the training. The packs are for people who want the documents on their own, or who trained somewhere else.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because the files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, document sales are final. If something is missing from what you bought, contact us and we will fix it.
- Should I buy one pack or the bundle?
- If you are about to sign your first carrier, the Service Agreement is the one that matters. If you are already moving loads, the bundle costs less than two packs bought separately.
- Do I need any software to edit them?
- Anything that opens a .docx file. Microsoft Word, Google Docs and Apple Pages all work, and Google Docs is free.
- Can you customise them for my business?
- We do not offer per-customer drafting. The files are yours to edit, and our one-on-one training covers how to set your fee and terms.
- Is my payment secure?
- Checkout runs on Shopify, the same platform used by millions of stores. We never see or store your card details.
Not legal advice. Awahe Academy is a training company, not a law firm, and nothing on this page or in these documents creates an attorney–client relationship. These are editable business templates. Contract, insurance and transportation requirements vary by state and change over time. Have a licensed attorney in your state review any agreement before you sign it or ask a carrier to sign it, and confirm current FMCSA and broker requirements before you submit setup paperwork.
Get the paperwork sorted today.
Every document in the table, $149.00, in your inbox the same business day. Or start with the one pack you actually need.
