How do live online Zoom classes work for remote students?
Every class is a private one-on-one Zoom session with your instructor — not a group webinar, and not just a video library. You share your screen, practice on the real tools of the job and ask questions as you go. Classes are scheduled around your time zone and taught in English, Punjabi or Hindi. All you need is a computer and a stable internet connection.
Can I take the truck dispatcher course online from any state in the US?
Yes. The program is 100% online, so students join from every US state and from Canada. Truck dispatching is not tied to where you live — you work with carriers and brokers nationwide by phone, email and load board. In-person classes at our Tracy and Fresno, California campuses are optional, not required.
What payment installment plans or financing options are available?
Every program starts with a weekly installment plan from $199 a week, paid through secure Stripe payment links, or you can pay in full at checkout. On the Freight Brokerage and Truck Dispatching Combo, Starter is 3 weekly payments of $199, Business is 5 weekly payments of $199 and Pro is 5 weekly payments of $299. Installments stop automatically once your package is paid off.
What is included in the online tuition fee (software, contracts, mentorship)?
Tuition covers live one-on-one training with a working instructor, 1 year of access to your program material, hands-on practice with the tools of the trade (on the trucking program: DAT load boards, rate confirmations, broker-carrier paperwork and agent agreements), 3 months of mentorship and an official Awahe Academy certificate when you pass the final exam. Business and Pro packages add business setup guidance and longer support. Third-party costs such as load board or software subscriptions, bonds and government filing fees are not part of tuition.
Do I need a CDL or prior experience to join the online training?
No. You don't need a CDL, a degree or any trucking experience. Dispatching and freight brokerage are office jobs done from a computer and phone, not behind the wheel, and the training starts from the basics. The e-commerce and digital marketing programs need no prior experience either.
