About Awahe Academy

Awahe Academy is a California training school for truck dispatchers, freight brokers and owner-operators. We have been in the transportation and logistics industry since 2017, and every program is taught one-on-one and live by an instructor who works in the field — not a library of pre-recorded video you watch alone.

You are paired with a mentor from the day you enroll. Truck dispatcher training and freight broker training run live over Zoom between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific, or in person at our Tracy and Fresno campuses in California. We teach in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Core training completes in three to four weeks. Extended practice and mentorship support continue for up to three months, and your course material stays accessible for a full year from the date of enrollment. Pass the final exam and you receive an official Awahe Academy certificate.

Our students come from every stage of a trucking career: newcomers looking for their first dispatch job, drivers and owner-operators who want to dispatch their own trucks, and small fleet owners who need to bring dispatch and compliance in house. No prior logistics experience is required to start.

Live one-on-one instruction instead of recorded lessons, training delivered in English, Punjabi and Hindi, real load boards and dispatch software rather than demo data, and mentors who are still working in freight today. You can train fully online from anywhere in the United States, or attend in person at either California campus.
