  What you'll do

  • Find and book loads on load boards and negotiate rates with brokers
  • Plan routes and schedules around driver Hours of Service (HOS)
  • Track and trace shipments and send status updates to brokers and shippers
  • Handle rate confirmations, BOLs and paperwork accurately
  • Support drivers with detention, delays and on-road issues

  • Fresher to 1 year of dispatch experience — we train you
  • Clear phone and email communication in English
  • Calm under pressure and good at juggling several loads

• Freight Broker

  What you'll do

  • Prospect and qualify shipper leads by phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Quote, book and process loads in TMS software
  • Source, vet and onboard carriers (MC authority, insurance, safety)
  • Negotiate carrier rates and protect margin
  • Follow each load through to delivery and invoicing

  What we look for

  • Fresher to 1 year of brokerage or sales experience
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with targets
  • Organized with numbers and details

• Office Admin

  • Work with the team on campaigns and launches

• Event Assistant

  What you'll do

  • Welcome guests and manage event check-in
  • Set up and pack down venues, signage and equipment
  • Coordinate with the team before and during events
  • Help capture photos and attendee details
  • Follow up with guests after the event

  What we look for
