Awahe Academy collects your phone number during account registration to send a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS for identity verification. SMS delivery is provided by Twilio Inc. This phone number is used solely for account security and authentication purposes and is not used for marketing or promotional messaging unless you separately opt in. You may update or remove your phone number at any time through Account Settings. Standard message and data rates may apply.
If you create a business listing on BizConnect, we collect information you provide, including your business name, business category, contact details, website URL, operating hours, business description, job opening count, and any photos or images you upload to your listing. This information is displayed publicly within the Application to other users of the Platform.
Payment-related information necessary to process transactions is collected and handled securely by third-party payment service providers.
We do not store full credit or debit card details on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable payment security standards (such as PCI-DSS).
All payments for Awahe Services are processed exclusively through the Awahe website (awahe.com) via third-party payment providers including Stripe and Klarna. Awahe Inc. does not process any payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app billing systems. The Awahe mobile Application is free to download and does not offer any in-app purchases or digital goods sold through Apple or Google billing.

13.1 The Awahe Application includes a business directory feature called BizConnect. Business listing information — including business name, contact details, operating hours, website URL, and job opening counts — is provided directly by the businesses that create listings and is displayed publicly within the Application to all users.
13.2 Awahe Inc. does not verify the accuracy of business listing information or job opening data. Job opening counts displayed on listing cards are provided by the listed business and may not reflect current availability.
13.3 When you tap "Tap for more info" on a business listing and are directed to an external business website, your interaction with that website is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Awahe Inc. does not collect or receive any personal data you submit on third-party websites, including job applications. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external website before submitting personal information.
13.4 If you are a business that has created a BizConnect listing, the information you provided in your listing is stored by Awahe Inc. and displayed publicly in the Application. You may update or remove your listing at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@awahe.com.

Data Collected:
- Name, email address, and phone number (required for account creation)
- App activity (course progress, features used, pages visited)
- Device identifiers (for security and account management)
- Push notification tokens (if notifications are enabled)
- Crash logs and performance data (via Firebase)

- Analytics data is shared with Google (Firebase Analytics)
- Email delivery data is shared with Send Grid (Twilio Inc.)
- Payment data is shared with Stripe and Klarna (website purchases only)

18. No In-App Purchase Data Collection
The Awahe mobile Application does not process any payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app billing systems. Accordingly, Awahe Inc. does not collect, receive, or store any payment card data, billing information, or transaction data via Apple or Google in-app billing.
All purchases and payments are made exclusively through the Awahe website (awahe.com) via third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Klarna. Payment data collected through the website is handled in accordance with Section 2.17 and Section 4.3 of this Privacy Policy.
