“Platform” Means collectively the Awahe website (including all subdomains) and the Awahe mobile application, including all updates, features, and related services.

Awahe Inc. has no control over cookies set by third-party business websites accessed through BizConnect and is not responsible for their cookie practices. Please refer to the cookie or privacy policy of the relevant third-party website for information about the cookies they use.

3.3.1 Strictly Necessary Technologies

These are essential for the operation of the Platform, including features such as login authentication, session management, payment processing, and account access. The Platform may not function properly without these technologies.

3.3.5 Third-Party Technologies

These are implemented by third-party providers that support services such as analytics, payments, and advertising. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

3.3.6 Persistent Technologies
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a specified period and are activated each time you access the Platform until they expire or are deleted.

IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) — iOS devices. You can reset or disable this in your device Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

GAID (Google Advertising ID) — Android devices. You can reset or opt out in your device Settings under Privacy → Ads.

You may opt out of interest-based advertising or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device operating system settings. Disabling the advertising identifier will not affect your ability to use the core features of the Application.

4.9 No In-App Purchase or App Store Payment Tracking

The Awahe mobile Application does not process any payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app billing systems. Accordingly, no cookies or tracking technologies related to Apple or Google in-app purchase billing are used within the Application.

All payment processing is conducted exclusively through the Awahe website (awahe.com) via Stripe, whose cookies are listed in Section 4.2 of this Policy.

5.1 Cookie Consent

Where required by applicable law, you may be presented with a consent notice before non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies are placed on your device.

You may choose to accept or reject non-essential cookies and technologies. Providing consent allows us to enhance your experience and deliver improved functionality across the Platform.
